Apple iPad Pro 2018 is stuck in the middle again, now more than ever. The tablet has powerful hardware that requests programs that haven’t been written yet.
It’s pretty fast, but starting at $ 999 for our tested 12.9-inch model, it’s quite expensive for operating systems and powered apps.
IOS is designed for a simple single application workflow. The Multi-Window Solution and File Application are the Cladji Bolt-ons.
There are no great video editing programs. Photoshop is coming, but not until 2019, per peripheral support is less than it should be. In the end, it does not involve any professional experience.
The iPad Pro is very expensive on a tablet.
It also has 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB module. The additional LTE modem is $ 150. The cellular unit is priced at 12.9 inches, with cellular $ 1,899 without keyboard or stylus.
The Smart Keyboard Folio is priced at $ 199 for the 12.9-inch model or $ 179 for the 11-inch model. Apple Pencil Price 9129.
Of course, if you want an iPad, the 6th 329 has a 6th-generation iPad model. You need to stop thinking about the Pro device as an iPad. To justify its cost, you must do many things.
Design and accessories
We tested a 12.9-inch unit, 1TB. Both are smaller and lighter than last year’s iPad positives, as they have a much smaller bezel.
Liquid Retina LCD screens are great as ever, with a 120Hz refresh rate and a wide range of DCI-P3 characters.
To maintain app compatibility, Apple locked all of its iPad screens at 264 ppi, which means it gets more pixels as the screen expands.
I can’t use this tablet without the Apple Smart Folio Keyboard, which is a magnetic keyboard cover / cover. It has two screen placement modes: a more steep posture that is somewhat more reflective and a more angular posture that gives you better visibility.
Fabric-covered keys are better than typing in a second-generation MacBook Pro; They have a flat jerk but a soft jerk that can’t hurt your fingers if your typing is tough.
Pro tablets have rounded corners, but their edges are stiffer than standard iPads. The 12-megapixel camera also has a flat back with push-ups aimed at them.
On the front, there’s no more home button – like the new iPhone, you’ll use the Face ID with a 3D front camera. There is a USB-C port on the bottom of the tablets, with Quad-speakers loud on both sides when in landscape mode.
The top right edge of the tablet (depending on whether you are in the portrait or the landscape) is magnetic and the new Apple Pencil Clips are straight.
The new stylus is one of the strongest reasons to buy a new iPad. If you are a regular pencil user, you may be bothered with its basic structural drawbacks: the cap is easy to lose and its cylindrical shape will change completely. There is no place to store your pen.
The new pencil has a flat finish and a flat side. If you put it on the table and push it, it will stop.
The rear edge is not removable, and the pencil is securely and attached to the top of the magnetic iPad, where it also charges.
This is a great improvement. This means you always know where your pen is and it is always charged.
There are also new posts. Double-clicking on pencil switching barrel modes, for example between pen and eraser; Can be controlled by individual applications.
This is similar to the Walkman style with buttons, so it adds the pen to a place where professional pen holders are accustomed.
A sensitive pencil as always, with stunning pressure and tilt sensitivity. You can call a water brush in an application like Procreate for example, and in practice you can feel the sensitivity of a brush like pencil, grunt and tiller.
The new pencil only works with the new iPad, so if you make your money based on technical effort, this is a solid argument for the new model.
Apple A12X processor standard and a professional laptop. What this thing can do is amazing.
I’ve compared it to the three Macs with Geekbench, the benchmark criterion for the CPU that I always thought was a bit biased towards iOS; GFXBench is a relatively neutral graphics standard that uses Apple’s metallic API and the base web web that tests performance on Safari. See the results.
However, we weren’t able to when we tried to compare it to other workflows
Some of the professional applications we want to use in other operating systems, Photoshop and Handbrake, do not work on iOS, and the workflow values we want to use, such as Pismark and Cinemabench, do not work on iOS.
